How is pricing determined for a small event?
Half-day coverage is planned around your schedule, venue access, and deliverables. The final quote depends on those details, so we confirm the scope before booking.
Will I receive every photo taken at the event?
We do not promise an exact final image count. The gallery is curated after the event, and duplicates, test frames, and technically unsuitable images are removed.
Can you include portraits of speakers and guests?
Yes. We can include speaker and guest portraits when they are part of the agreed coverage plan and the venue setup allows it.
How far in advance should I book?
Bookings are usually made in advance, with a deposit to confirm the date. We recommend contacting us at least three weeks before your event.
Do you provide RAW files?
You will receive a private edited-image gallery for review and delivery. RAW, unedited, or rejected files are not included by default.
